Adela Gonzalez has over 30 years of personnel industry experience.  She is a native of Havana, Cuba, and left Cuba in 1959.  She had the opportunity of traveling to and living in many different countries between 1959 and 1980.   Her studies took her to Florida State University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Psychology in 1978. 

Adela started her career in the U.S., in 1980, where her scope of responsibility lied in obtaining and handling major accounts, hiring and training, going from a totally manual system to a completely computerized system.  Her responsibility also included creating and implementing policies and procedures to obtain bottom line results and was also responsible for start up operations outside the State of Florida.

Future Force Personnel Services is based in Miami-Dade County and Adela Gonzalez is the founder and President.  The company was founded in 1992 in the Miami Lakes area.  Since 1992, the company has experienced tremendous growth obtaining major accounts in the Tri-County areas, and Adela attributes this to the quality and excellent service that her company provides.

Mr. Gonzalez arrived at Future Force in the fall of 2008. He came to us with over 20 years of experience in the Marketing and Advertising industries. His experience in working with a wide range of businesses and industries; coupled with an exceptional work ethic, allows him to move confidently and accurately to resolve virtually any challenge with ease and efficiency.

Previous responsibilities have included Vice President of Creative Services, Marketing and Advertising Director, Art Director, Copywriter, Production Management, and Sales Consultant.

We can always count on him to provide unique perspectives and important contributions to our team. Today, he is an integral part of our continued success in a highly competitive and demanding industry.

Helen Valero joined Future Force in 1994. As Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Helen is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions including accounting, workers’ compensation, health insurance and compliance.

Helen earned her B.S. degree from Florida International University in 1982.

Saily has been working in the Human Resources field for over 11 years and is currently the Executive Assistant at Future Force Personnel Services. Her corporate Human Resources experience includes payroll, benefits administration, workers compensation, coaching and developing staff members. She is best known to our clients for her Human Resource support, client service skills, professionalism in solving complex issues and impeccable follow up. She regularly attends educational seminars which assist her with staying on top of the changes within the industry.  She is an asset to our many clients as well as Future Force Personnel Services.
