Our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately after we are provided with the details regarding the position. Including the necessary skills, experience, education, work schedules, proposed pay rates, etc.

Once we know your objectives are and time-frame to hire, we will provide you with a written service agreement for approval. Once approved, the screening and recruiting efforts will begin in full force immediately thereafter.

The time frame for successfully finding an employee for you is going to vary based on our current employee database and your specific needs. We are committed to presenting you with the most qualified applicants. You have the option of conducting an interview prior to the start of an assignment or start them right away, knowing that we do provide a 4 hour guarantee.

We provide MVR’s and PSP reports for all CDL Classes of Drivers. Local and National Criminal Backgrounds are standard for all applicants. We are a Drug-free workplace, as such, everyone must pass a pre-employment Drug Screening. Plus, additional background checks are available upon request.

Our temporary-to-hire program provides an opportunity for you to see an employee in the work setting before determining if they are what you expected. If you are not satisfied with an employee, we can replace them. We also offer direct placement services and additional assurances which can vary depending on your service agreement.
