Step #5: Seek balance.

Balance is a critical part of overall happiness. So if you’re feeling burnt out and out of balance because you have too much on your plate, talk with your boss. Perhaps you can prioritize your tasks and delegate some less-important ones to other people within the company. Whatever you do, strive to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
